| When you own your own business, support from colleagues can be hard to find. That is where the Mid Rogue Independent Physician Association can help.
The IPA helps our community's health care providers with the business side of a modern medical practice so our members are free to concentrate on practicing medicine. The IPA provides:
-commercial health insurance contract negotiation,
-office management consultation,
-information systems support,
-relocation package, and
-practice start up assistance.
Membership is available in three levels:
-physician shareholder member
-nurse practirioner associate member
-mental health (LCSW, PhD, LPC) associate member
Qualifications for physician shareholder members are:
- Graduation from a certified residency program.
- Current, unrestricted Oregon medical license.
- Actively practicing medicine in Josephine County or the City of Rogue River.
- Malpractice insurance.
- Mid Rogue IPA Credentialing Committee approval.
- Mid Rogue IPA Board of Directors approval.
Qualifications for associate members (nurse practitioners and mental health therapists/councelors) are:
- Gratuation from a certified program.
- Current, unrestricted Oregon license.
- Actively practicing in Josephine County or the City of Rogue River.
- Malpractice insurance.
- Mid Rogue IPA Credentialing Committee approval.
- Mid Rogue IPA Board of Directors approval.
